Suggested activities:

1. Inaugural Session - Level off each common ideas perspectives
2. House Rules - Finalization of the house rules, committees and district assignments and officers of the day of the SB
3. Strategic Direction - To in place the mission, vision, goals and objectives of each SB to set the direction of each committee assignments and district assignments
4. M0bilization - Regular Session - Every Monday of the month - Legislation of ordinances and resolution
5. Committee Hearings - Every friday of the month - Committee Meetings by the chairmen and members and agency concerned
6. NEO Orientation - All elected Officials and dept heads - Align all concerns of the LGU
7. Accreditation of registered CSO’s, NGO’s and Coops - SB Committee of NGO,PO and Coop - facilitate members for the local special bodies and review and find out existing and functional NGO’s, PO’s and Coop’s operating in Candijay and ensure legality of their creation
8. Attend barangay sessions - Meet the barangay officials, and awareness of each barangay status
9. Budget Hearing - Committee on finance budget and Appropriation - LGU Dept Heads, and the SB
10. Peace and Order Problem - Committee on Peace and order and PNP Chief - Give over-all peace & order situation of the municipality
11. Water source irrigation TWG - SB and Exec Dept - To find water source problem/solution
12. Information, dissemination of cooperative organization - Committee on NGO, PO and Coop - To encourage people to organize more cooperatives
13. Environmental Protection - Committee on Environment Ecology Bantay Dagat - To assist in identifying fisher folks venturing the illegal fishing
14. Farm to Market Roads - Committee on Appropriation - Acquisition of heavy equipments, budget included in 2011
15. Individual SB Secretary - Exec. Dept and Legislative dept - To assist each sanggunian bayan members in doing their jobs
16. Strategic/Development Agenda finalization - A tools for the crafting of the legislative agenda
17. Joint Executive/Legislative Meeting - To hear common issues and problems
18. Legislative and staff meeting - Feed backing of outputs and outcomes
19. Monitoring and Evaluation - Committees, district assignments
20. Finalization of Legislative Agenda - In preparation for the ELA
21. Capability Building for SB’s and Staff
